Partnering with our amazing Life Coach and renown healer Melissa Scott-Rowan we will facilitate a deep dive into our immersive and divinely blissful retreat filled with extensive pampering and relaxation for every level of your being.
Gentle daily yoga will allow you to calm and recentre your nervous system whilst daily powerful meditations will up level your ability to manifest and create your desired outcomes.
You will then indulge in 4 hours of daily massage and healing at our boutique day spas. This amazing reset will offer such deep comfort, healing and release allowing the body to unwind, open, heal, restore and blossom in multiple ways.
Your body will be supported with nutritious juices, delicious soups and salads and gourmet vegetarian meals.
This will enable a gentle yet nourishing detox as you switch off completely from the eternal world.
Our Retreat group will meet at our Boutique resort in Ubud Bali at 11am on June 19th to meet and greet our group and set powerful intentions for our time together.
Soon after you will enter into a private little oasis spa as you get ready for reflexology allowing your whole body to unwind followed by a 2 hour hot stone massage that will have you drifting away in no time at all.
Finish the day with a sublime herbal botanical facial and enter into your own internal bliss.
Return home to our resort for a relaxing evening of delicious food, meditation and reflection time.
After divine yoga at the break of day with the sounds of Bali you will enjoy a powerful meditation process followed by a group floatation meditation in our infinity edge pool.
Today you will indulge with your half day of pampering beginning with an Ayurvedic chakra massage including dripping warm oil on your chakra points on the body to balance the energy flow and purify the mind, body and soul.
This will be followed by a deep cleansing body scrub to purify the skin and promote cellular healing and conclude with a 2 hour Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage to open your heart.
Return home for a beautiful evening to project your hearts desires into the universe as you celebrate with soulful food and a crystal bowl sound healing to positively re-code your vibration.
This morning you will excursion to the Pyramids of Chi to step back in time and reconnect with ancient structures, sounds and a guided healing journey inside a Balinese Pyramid that will allow you to spiritually align and reconnect with you internal wisdom.
You will then enjoy a fully raw lunch today to keep your vibration soaring as you return back to the day spa for a crystal healing massage that will use oils infused with crystal elixirs that will penetrate deep into the cells of your being bringing ancient healing and purification.
This will be followed by a indulgent soak in a flower bath, lower leg massage and then conclude with a nourishing head and tummy massage that will release any stagnant emotional layers.
After a beautiful Vegetarian banquet our final evening celebration together will be using brain wave sound healing and you will go into a guided meditation programming your future for wellness, prosperity, psychic expansion, relationship bliss, and exploration of your life purpose.
This will be followed by group light therapy to stimulate the third eye to enhance our manifestation capacity.
Awaken today to a beautiful healing Balinese ceremony as we receive the sacred prayers and spiritual gifts of our Balinese family. Then stand in ceremony and project your last wishes as we conclude our time in Bali with an acknowledgement circle deisgned to have you anchor your profound learnings from our blissful retreat.
Return for one last 2 hour hot rock massage before returning back to our resort for a sharing circle and farewells to conclude at 1pm on 22nd of June.
